COMBAT REVOLVED is a complete gameplay and visual overhaul of the classic Xbox exclusive game “HALO: COMBAT EVOLVED”
Created with the same tools the developers of HALO: COMBAT EVOLVED themselves used, COMBAT REVOLVED aims to deliver a fresh campaign experience for franchise veterans, using a combination of enhanced visuals that bridge the gap between the classic and anniversary versions of the game, along with a reworking of the games sandbox, encounters, and AI.
It is a modification (mod) that can be downloaded and installed into HALO: The Master Chief Collection on both the Steam and Microsoft Windows Store Versions.

VISUAL CHANGES
COMBAT REVOLVED changes many of the visuals to be different from the original. It changes not only the colours of enemies, textures of weapons, and the Heads Up Display but also a full visual and atmospheric overhaul in each level.
From the level HALO now taking place at sunrise, bathed in a comfy orange glow, with heavier foliage and tree cover, to the Forerunner interiors having red emergency lighting when the outbreak occurs, there’s a lot to see purely on the visuals alone!
BALANCING CHANGES
From the player now being able to handle fall damage much better, enemies having more variety in ranks and weapon usage and handling, and ally marines having more health and better accuracy, COMBAT REVOLVED makes an old classic familiar but new and challenging at the same time.
COMBAT REVOLVED makes a variety of changes to balancing and difficulty, To the player, enemies, and even allies. Whether that’s new enemy types, ranks, or just tweaked values.
